Blue Haven Resort- All Inclusive

My wife and I had an amazing time at Blue Haven Resort. The food was consistently excellent and the pool/beach were always relaxing. Also, all of the staff were very friendly and helped make our trip amazing. Special shout-out to Coco, Smiley, Tweety, Peterlin, Nattalee, Gillian, Rodney, Andre, and Janet!

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. They greeted us with huge smiles, kind words and a feeling that we never wanted to leave. We actually were staying at their sister resort , Alexandra, and went to see how the Blue Haven resort was since we were less-than-impressed with Alexandra. We immediately regretted staying at Alexandra and were so grateful we had access to this amazing 5-star resort. A huge thank you to Gillian, Karen, Nicola, Michael, Shenika, and Dishane—each of them went above and beyond in their own way. Their kindness, attentiveness, and authenticity made us feel special and very well welcomed. Every time we had any contact with any of the staff, it always felt sincere—whether it was at the front desk, by the pool bar, in the restaurants, or simply just passing through the property. The team consistently went above and beyond, anticipating our every need. Their kindness and dedication created an atmosphere that was both relaxing and elevated, making the entire experience unforgettable. The resort grounds are beautiful, the amenities are fantastic, and the location couldn’t be more stunning—but it’s truly the people who make Blue Haven exceptional. The level of service here is five-star in every sense. I wanted to reiterate just how fantastic one of their star employee , Gillian, was. She genuinely made our time there our favorite part of our trip. Her warmth, welcoming smile and genuine care stood out from the very first day. Gillian didn’t just provide great service; she created moments that we’ll remember long after the vacation is over. She is a treasure to the resort and a big part of why we can’t wait to return. We purposely sought her out when we were there and we always looked forward to saying hi. Blue Haven Resort has earned our loyalty and we are so excited to return one day. It will be the only place we stay when returning to beautiful Turks and Caicos.

Upon arriving at Blue Haven, we were greeted by Winchel, Makayla, and Delcardo. After check-in, Makayla gave us a tour of the resort. Our stay was amazing and the staff made the experience ten times better. Shaneeka and Elisabeth are excellent managers. Elisabeth and Winchel checked on us almost every day to ensure we were enjoying ourselves at the resort. Shaneeka went above and beyond with the taxi service as well as keeping up with our safety outside of the resort. Natalee and Peterlin were amazing bartenders at the poolside. Natalee even made me a concoction to help with my stomachache. Patricia and Kellie were such calming servers. They both started to memorize our food orders and they never gave us the feeling that we were asking for too much. Yessica and Andre were the best bartenders we interacted with at Infused 360. They were always so bubbly and warm-spirited. One more drink was never too many for them, but don’t worry they didn’t overserve us. Steeveson was a great shuttle driver, he coached us on how to open the door. He also has a great personality. I have a few other names I would like to mention: Brandon, Jackson, Daphne, and Lavaud. They always kept a smile on their face and didn’t mind helping out when we needed something. The towel service workers were also friendly. Thank you to everyone who made this experience marvelous.

Very nice boutique resort with excellent service, food, amenities. Used spa for massage and fitness center to exercise; both were very nice. Recommend for a nice relaxing getaway. It is peaceful and mostly adults. NOTE: They have a sister resort 15 minutes away with an hourly free shuttle. The sister resort is much, much larger and many families with children. We went one day to use the beach on Grace Bay. The water and sand are great there but chairs are very tightly packed. It was fine for one day.

This place is AMAZING!!! We went for our honeymoon and I cannot speak more highly about it. The staff was great and seemed genuinely happy to take care of us. We even made several acquaintances and friends among them that improved our trip. We felt seen and heard in unexpected ways. The food was INCREDIBLE. We nearly cried at how tasty it was. The beach and excursions were so fun. Do yourself a favor and come here!

My husband and I stayed at Blue Haven for our 20th anniversary, and the staff at this gorgeous resort made our trip truly special. They were welcoming and kind -- and honestly a lot of fun! We went on the clear kayak mangrove excursion, and the guides were knowledgeable and helpful. At dinner one evening, I wanted an allergen-friendly version of one of their meals, and the chef came out to talk to me and make recommendations. The meal was wonderful. The afternoon trivia and bingo games seem silly at first, but these were fun icebreakers that helped us befriend other resort guests. I can't remember everyone's names, but thank you, Makayla, L'Ange, Wenchell, Tweety, Smiley, Natalee, Tessica, and everyone else from Blue Haven (and Alexandra) for giving us the best anniversary celebration!
